About
The Hamilton Disability Employment Network (HDEN), founded in November 2020, is a volunteer run, non-profit network of varied service providers dedicated to education and advocacy around supported employment resources for both jobseekers with disabilities and businesses seeking to hire inclusively.
The network is entirely ran and organized by volunteers. Currently HDEN representatives include The Career Foundation (Empowering Abilities Program), Agilec, YWCA (The Opportunities Program), PATH Employment Services, Goodwill (Pathways to Employment & T.E.A.M. Program), College Boreal, St. Joes (Cleghorn), Adults in Motion, March of Dimes (Hamilton/Niagara) & ODEN (Ontario Disability Employment Network).

We believe that job-seekers with disabilities are valuable assets that can make a significant impact in the workforce. This creates a more diverse and inclusive environment that benefits everyone and helps change the world.

Our team strives for the integration of accessibility into all aspects of employment services through education, civic engagement, and job seeker empowerment. Through workforce participation, HDEN also promotes social inclusion for Canadians who have a disability and urges everyone in the Hamilton community to join the inclusion revolution!

To work together empowering members of the disability community in an
equitable and inclusive manner in reaching life goals such as employment, accessible
housing, clinical support or access to other essential services.
